      Over that route on yer own, that's nowt to be sniffed at. That's a challenging set of roads son. I bet that gnob in deeping has knackered your previous setup. Maybe try without the cleat stack and see?
      I've spent 2 hours reading about cleat setup last night and realised mine have been about 2.5cm too far forward. Gonna test out a new setup to see if it helps m'quads and power - grrr.
