      Sorry to hear and best success in recovery. What's the injury? See if big sur will allow a transfer to next year.

      Sorry Jim. I am just in the last few weeks getting back to running after 2 mths off..lots of pool running, weights, PT and biking. I can now run 3 miles OK

  5. Ok, I think I've worked through all the injuries...although the miles have suffered a bit. Flying out to Monterey this morning to run Big Sur this weekend. Anyone else doing this run?

  6. Legs felt good after yesterdays 20 mile run...did 20 miles on the bike and a weight workout...looking forward to a big week

  7. Haven't posted for a while, but averaging 6 miles a day during the week..doing a 19 mile run in the morning...less than 30 days to Big Sur

    20 miles on the bike and 6 miles on the treadmill. Who suggested I use a foam roller for calf tightness?? Email me and I'll cover your next race entry fee. It worked great.
