Left hip/quad/knee really started bothering me after a couple of miles. Decided I better cut the run short rather than risk anything major. Will try to get into the chiro next week to see what's going on.

    Smart man, your hips may just need an adjustment. I had the same issue and the alignment helped.

    I agree with the others to listen to your body, I had the same thing happen last year and was doing too many long days and had to take a short break then came back strong as ever with no pain....hope you heal well
