Just trying to keep some fitness, keep the sweat working. Tested the knee out briefly - no go. But I think it's getting a little better...maybe. I am pretty certain that I won't be running this week yet though.


suck! clam shells, buddy, CLAM SHELLS! when my knee was jacked up, water running helped keep things interesting. maybe give that a try?

Have you tried taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin. I had a persistent knee problem for about 2 months, I rested it but I also started taking this supplement and I haven't had a problem since.
