    good 4.44 mi 00:40 09:00 pace

Working on some base building, just a real easy paced 40 minute run. Thank you Petite for giving me a couple of kicks in the rear to get me back on track. Have a great day!

    good HIIT Workout 00:20

Wow, tried a new HIIT workout, good stuff! After warmup did declining rounds of flutter kick squats, high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks. States at 60 seconds each, worked down to 10.

  8. RUN
    great 6.52 mi 00:59 09:05 pace

Simply beautiful out there in the wind and blowing snow, especially when it's not too cold. Finished up with a little yoga for good measure.

Other than the 40 mph wind gusts, it was a picture perfect day on the trail this afternoon!

  10. RUN
    good 9.18 mi

Mostly walked after the first hour. Heel is slowly getting better, but I still have some work to do. Beautiful day but the 40 mph wind gusts are brutal.

  13. RUN
    3.92 mi 00:34 08:39 pace

Planned for a 30 minute run but had to make an extra little loop because a dog wanted to follow me home. Luckily it was a friendly dog, and my foot didn't fall off tonight!

  14. RUN
    6.62 mi 01:01 09:11 pace

Thought I would give the foot a whirl with an easy 1 hour run. No issues until about 40 minutes in. Stopped and did some stretching and finished up ok. Pretty sore now that I am done. All I can do ... read more

@Sherrie - I am, but I think I figured out where the problem started and why it flared up. Hopefully I am on the mend. Thanks for asking.
