Chilly windy day, and my main goal was to keep these easy recovery miles... Which worked good, 5k time was around 46 minutes, nice and easy. Kicked up the last interval to get a 1 minute recovery time from max of 183, 60 seconds later HR was at 153 (which was about the AHR for the jaunt). Good hour of recovery miles. Inside right knee is "glowing" but not painful. Recovery adventure walk with MJ planned for a little bit later. ciao!
