Long slow run, tried to stick with 5 minutes jogs, but that wasn't slow enough, so the latter 3 miles were 2 minutes jogs with two minute rests or something. I didn't care, just wanted to get miles on pavement in my new shoes and see how the knee feels. Treadmill running in the mornings have been great, with just normal soreness/tired legs. Good Run with Debbi which made it fun to catch up on all our running news without boring our respective spouses. :D (garmin deets: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/139574181)
