Let me know how you like the P90X. I see commercials for it at my gym all the time. Rob also has a hard time with pull-ups. I got him the Upper Body Work Out Bar (I'm sure you've seen the infomercials). It's set up on the doorway on the way to his office in the basement, and I told him to try at least 2-3 each day before starting work.

haha...funny...i was planning on not coming up for a while (3 trips this summer...burned out driving 95). so, that buys me plenty of time.
I've been wanting to ask you...as an experienced swimmer, how difficult is the swim portion of a triathalon for you? i'm a beginner swimmer...i wonder if i'll ever be able to pull off a tri...that's the part i'm worried about...i plan on taking some more lessons soon...

Heh, for me, the swim is the easy part. I'm lucky to use it as a warm-up. I'm just trying to become a better cyclist, but it's difficult to find the time and roads to train on. Running is definitely my weak point; especially at the end of a tri. Most triathletes are weakest in the swim, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. Proportionally against time, the swim is short compared to the bike and run.
