good Katy Trail 3 5.46 mi

My first time running Katy Trail in Dallas. What a great addition to Dallas. Enjoyed it a lot! Ran with Chris today and it was fun to catch up and do something active. I didn't bring IPOD and we just caught up on life. Due to this, I got winded easily (talking) and we started our run at 11A so it was pretty darn hot! We did combination of intermittently ran/walked the entire trail all the way to American Airlines Arena and then headed back. I think this trail is a good goal for the summer. I want to be able to run it back and forth by end of summer. Definitely, want to do it early in the AM rather than in the heat of the day, but overall, great experience. Chris is a faster runner than I so need to either pick up pace or be more consistent with my running so that i can build up my endurance again.
