Back at the beaches with Elton R. Heart rate training - which means slow. But that's ok; I know it will pay off. Took the bike over the bridge for the first time. Today I had to relearn the patience to go slow in this first phase of training, was able to do some tempo riding and overall felt ready to start 70.3 training. Beautiful weather today. Windy, but amazingly cool temps.
