Felt really good the first ten, then came down the Baird hill and felt a strange pull in my lower right leg. After that, every step was uncomfortable. So when Travis found me at mile 16 I called it quits. Frustrating, but I know I made the right decision.

    Good job knowing when to stop. Even though you had planned to run longer, 16 miles at a 9:02 pace is still something to be proud of.
