    what kind of workouts are you going to do this week? I was thinking of doing some extra stretching and yoga, even though I am not a fan of it.

    I am running only a couple of days this week, I will do yoga on the others. I love yoga- but I am going to limit it to mostly stretching moves.

    I am also only running a couple of days, yesterday and today, but I am not doing the marathon like you! You definately need your rest! I did yoga this morning, I am doing other workouts, but its an easy week.
