    good 12.45 mi 02:15 10:50 pace

I had sort of gotten used to the warmer temps, struggled in the cold but we made it. Plus, with the boys playing basketball it's just harder to run later in the morning. Love that they get to play... read more

Started my day with yoga, finished with a "high and tight" workout and this quick little run. Very productive day (at least as far as workouts go :) Now if only my day at the office could... read more

I actually really like it. Not a big fan of the cardio axe, but I am learning that variety is a good thing for me. I had to have something and I thought these workouts would be a good compliment to my running.

  5. RUN
    good 20.69 mi 03:48 11:00 pace

Other than my stomach not cooperating at about mile 16, this was the perfect day for a 20 mile run. It was beautiful! I'd say we're ready for Cowtown.

  6. RUN
    alright 4 mi

Tried to do intervals today. From what I understand, those are more efficient when running fewer miles. All I know is, it was hard for me... I suppose that means I need to do that more often.

  7. RUN

Just a few more miles, planning on 20 this weekend.

  8. RUN

  9. RUN
    good 11.38 mi 01:54 10:01 pace

Crazy windy, but we ran anyway. So glad to have run, once we got going we only had to go straight into it for about 4 miles, after that it was a good run.

    • Terri F.

Pretty sure that's what is was here to, the problem was my form going into the wind. Don't recommend running over bent at the waist - hahaha- as that's how we had to run into the wind, but really once we turned out of it, it was fine. My boys are playing basketball, so our Saturday mornings are now devoted to that. Hopefully we'll be able to do some Sunday AM runs, but we'll see as church pretty much takes priority. :).
