Sitting will make it feel worse, stiffens it. Make sure to stretch it out and get up and walk around once an hour or so.

Thanks for the advice. It does feel better when I walk around - keep it loose, which is weird because some places say rest it. But on the bike and walking it feels better. In another day or two I think it'll be gone. Lots better today.
