Hopped on the TM for a mile today, just to stretch my legs. Felt good but rough after being cooped up on a plane for 6 hours yesterday. Needed to kick out the muscle soreness. Still not back to normal on my feet, but I will get there.
Tomorrow, I'll take advantage of the nicer weather and run outdoors. There's a great path along the golf course with a view of the mountain range.
