    Went our hard and kept pushing. I was pleased with my effort but the achilles on both legs ached the whole time.

    My right achilles was sore for the first 1/2 but I pushed through. Had a terrific pace up the giant hill and ended strong. Very happy. Humidity felt like a 1000%! 76 degrees.

    My hamstring was very unhappy sprinting through the bases. It felt tight and slightly agitated but it held its own. I think tomorrow evening I'll go for a run.

      Ouch. Go easy. I ran two easy the first day I got them and loved them so I ran four hard the next day and my calves were so sore I couldn't run for a week!
