    My hamstring was very unhappy sprinting through the bases. It felt tight and slightly agitated but it held its own. I think tomorrow evening I'll go for a run.

      Ouch. Go easy. I ran two easy the first day I got them and loved them so I ran four hard the next day and my calves were so sore I couldn't run for a week!

    Had to go REALLY slow today to make sure none of my students fell out. It is really frustrating to see 19 year old kids not be able to complete a 2 mile run in less than 20 minutes!

      We typically don't run them in formation due to my personal feeling that it does nothing but slow the fast guys internal pace down and create anxiety for everyone. I always hated running in formation so I try not to make others do it.
