    First run back after my shin fracture. Shin felt a little uneasy so I stopped around 2.5 miles. Ran the 2.5 miles very slow and easy.

      Welcome back. Unsolicited advice from fellow overachiever follows: Take your time getting back up to miles and speed. I glanced back at your training... HOLY SMOKES!!! Seeing what you're capable of will make it hard to be patient returning. I am very familiar with this challenge ; ) Please take care of yourself, have patience and belief in your long term goals and you'll be rocking like never before. Soft surfaces and RICE. You'll get there when you get there. Best of luck to you.

      Sorry to hear about your fracture. I had a stress fracture of that area a couple of years ago. You'll be back running in no time, just make sure it's complete healed first.
