First run back after my shin fracture. Shin felt a little uneasy so I stopped around 2.5 miles. Ran the 2.5 miles very slow and easy.

Sorry to hear about your fracture. I had a stress fracture of that area a couple of years ago. You'll be back running in no time, just make sure it's complete healed first.

Welcome back. Unsolicited advice from fellow overachiever follows: Take your time getting back up to miles and speed. I glanced back at your training... HOLY SMOKES!!! Seeing what you're capable of will make it hard to be patient returning. I am very familiar with this challenge ; ) Please take care of yourself, have patience and belief in your long term goals and you'll be rocking like never before. Soft surfaces and RICE.
