      Things always feel off for a good few days after taking a week off. But you are right, it is hard not to let the mind and the ego get the better of you. But there is zero doubt that the week off will actually make you stronger & faster in the long run. Just have to trust the training--which it looks like you are doing. Big picture in mind. Nice one today Jeff.

      When I use Body Glide on my feet, I tend to get more blisters because my feet slide! I am a fan of WigWam or UnderArmour socks. I personally do not like the thinner ones - I like the thicker padded ones. I think it's a matter of trying on a bunch 'til you find what you like.
