Ran with Shaundra, Mike, Bruce, Harold & Charlie. Nice/easy pace with LOTS of good conversation. Happy to have a new 305 on my wrist (thank you Garmin Cust Serv). Did a loop around Two Trails so I could get to five. Nice to have breakfast with Jason (at the kids table) before his move.

Great run Jay! We had quite the turnout today. Sorry you got stuckk at the kids table. I was forced to sit at the kids table at my grandmas until I turned 32...but we always had more fun than those boring "grown ups"
