Felt bad for "forcing" my wife to walk, so let her pick the route. Nice to walk slow and work out the aches & pains from yesterday's long run. Fabulous weather!

Nice walk with the wifey. Enjoy your day!

I really love how you title these workouts "walk the wife." Very nice Jay. Have a great day!

What a guy--I can't get my hubby to walk with me or run with me often, so solo for me! Nice way to start the day--great morning out there!

Define "forcing". Did you literally drag her out the door, give her an ultimatum, or just beg her?
Way to get out there, Jay!!

Maybe forcing was the wrong word, more like nagging.

Great day for it and at least you had a partner in crime to walk the aches out.

I'm with Chris L on this one. I read that title and busted up laughing. Walk the wife? Not walk WITH the wife? Was a leash involved? Dude?!! :D

What a nice time with your wife. I'm sure there was some reverse psychology involved by "letting her pick the route".
