      Good job on getting these miles in. I've had a time getting my mileage back up since my marathon on April 7. It takes time. Can't force it or else injuries could occur.

  7. Keeping Sunday as a rest day is always a challenge for me especially after a short Saturday mileage day. However, it must be done. Need to keep some balance.

      I have been following zentriathlon advice and have allowed my rest day to be a floater for when needed. but mother's day is an easy one!

      Thanks, Dana. I've been HR training for a few years. I'm passed the slow ya down phase. I think it's just an age thing but I won't quit trying to get faster. Maybe I was just a bit tired from a hard couple months of travel.
