    great 01:00

Good times at Southeast Christian spin with Paul Jones. Just doing what I can while the knee continues to heal.

Remember when we used to think just because we couldn't run we couldn't exercise? Love that people have stopped with that attitude. Nice substitute.

    alright 3 mi 00:30 10:00 pace

Knee's still a little weak and achy towards the end. It only starts feeling that way after a couple of miles. Feels fine all day long. It's been a month since I injured it. Frustrating.

Hang in there Rob! I had an Achilles issue a few years back that kept me from a marathon and it is frustrating, but you'll get past it and be stronger on the other side! Don't give up just yet...
