Knee's still a little weak and achy towards the end. It only starts feeling that way after a couple of miles. Feels fine all day long. It's been a month since I injured it. Frustrating.

Slow and steady - it'll get better for sure! Do you like swimming? That helped me a lot when I had some knee troubles.
