    Never felt right, didn't really feel tire, just heavy legs and lack of turnover throughout. I had the course at 3.15 (so did a few others I talked to). Splits from Garmin 5:12, 5:05, 5:05.

    Nice and easy, back of knee still sore. But I think it is muscle soreness and nothing more, so I am going to get me some KT tape and just run through.

    Ran workout with varsity guys before the meet. 4 tempo/ 1 at race pace with 1 minute jog between sets. Felt fine running,

    Long warm up, then played tag with the team. A great fartlek effort.

    Post Race workout 9 mi

    After race half mile jog then 2 mile tempo (11:20), half mile jog, 1 mile tempo (5:25), then finished cool down. Overall a great day, getting prepped for Naperville Half.

    Pant For the Pantry 5K 5 km 00:16 05:00 pace

    Good effort. 5:11, 5:05, 4:55 (:24). Pleased with the race then headed out for the end of the workout.
