    Allowed myself to get lost in Hickory Hills. Lots of single track trails. Got about 30 minutes in there and then finished up running through the heart of campus in Iowa City.

    3 warm, 3 x 2K (6:25, 6:30, 6:26), then 3 x 200 (32, 32, 30). Then mile cool, then 6 more with some strides at XC camp. 29 miles through Tuesday is a lot of miles for me.
