    Oh. My. Sore. Felt like I was limping through the entire thing. Calves and quads are trashed. Going to take the rest of the week easy as well to recover from yesterday.

    Beautiful chilly morning, first real tempo effort in a while. Really built into it. Took about 2 to get into a rhythm. 5:59, 5:48, 5:42, 5:34, 5:15 (28:17). Pleased with this effort.

    Hill tempo with team. Ran with second group, they crushed the workout. Love it when the guys perfectly execute the workout as prescribed.

    4 sets of 1200/400 (1 minute between 12/4 and 2:30 between sets). Ran on some soggy grass with some hills. (3:58/71) (3:50/70) (3:43/69) (3:44/70). Felt good and controlled the entire time.
