    Long run with the team.

    Ran 9 before the meet in 54:45. Last 4 in 22:50. Then got in 3 more easy at the meet.

    Ran a workout with the girls then got a handful of 400s with different groups at the end. Ran 7 total with times from 71-78.

    Ran a fartlek with the boys XC team. 40 minutes, paces were all over the place.

    First workout in over two weeks. Ran a 15 minute tempo (made it just under 2.8 miles). Then 5 minute jog followed by 10 X minute on minute off. Averaged just under 5:05 pace for the on segments.
