    Nice and easy, felt like winter. Cold and windy.

    Nice and easy.

    2 x mile, 2 x 300 cruise 7 mi

    2 x mile (4:55, 4:51) then 2 x 300 cruise (52, 50). Felt fine, not really a good half marathon workout, but it's cross season so this is the best I can do.

    First 8 with a buddy on the trail, then picked up Q for the last 4.

    Pre dawn 10K tempo. Felt under control and smooth the entire time. 34:25 (5:44, :40, :38, :34, :25, :21, 1:02).

    Never felt right, didn't really feel tire, just heavy legs and lack of turnover throughout. I had the course at 3.15 (so did a few others I talked to). Splits from Garmin 5:12, 5:05, 5:05.
