    Easy 45 minutes then ran with XC camp. They did 3 X mile.

    6 easy before XC camp, 6 with camp.

    5 X 4 minute tempo with 2 minute recovery (5:40, 5:35, 5:25, 5:15 wer the average paces)

    It was already very hot by 8:00 in the morning, last mile uncovered and no clouds was brutal.

    Easy second run. Hamstring is still struggling from this past weekend. Pushed Ez as we went to the park as a family.

    Body did not appreciate running in the heat of the day with no shade. Struggled the rest of the day.

    Never felt great. Finished 2nd overall. Still a good run, now I have the race bug and want to get back racing more often.
