    5 before XC then ran at XC camp.

    Nice and easy recovery day.

    4 X mile on the roads. Felt alright through 2, 3rd was a struggle, 4th was a mistake. Too hot, tired legs. Quarter mile jog between reps. 5:11, 5:10, 5:11, 5:14. Then ran 400s with the team.

    Ran 7 (45:25) before camp then ran with our top two girls for the fartlek at camp.

    Run was cut short due to storms. Helped pace a buddy for part of his workout, so had about 2.2 miles in the middle at 5:40 pace.

    Ran a little over 4 mile tempo on the 2K loop, then did long run with top girl on the team.

    Did a 5 mile tempo through a new neighborhood before XC camp. 27:22 (5:41, :36, :33, :27, :20). Then ran some tempo 400s with the team.
