Consistent pace, second loop just 12 seconds faster than the first. Liking the Altra's, but they need a bath after taking them muddy night trail running for their debut. I don't know how Kai ran 100 miles on that Woodstock course in these; almost no traction... They should think about actually selling the North Peak.

    Legs are doing good. Tired, but that just means they'll feel that much more fresh on race day. I've learned that my toes don't like 90 miles or more, but they'll stay attached. This run would have felt better if I hadn't ate and drank too much last night, but still enjoyable.

    they were a pita on that 100 miler. definitely slowed me down. very comfy though! Awesome run at Kensington!
