Well, nice to see you still at it as well. Had a tough year last year - with way too many personal distractions. This year it's time to focus on me and my girls - and my health is key to it all.

NO WAY are VFF's slush friendly:( Be careful! I did see a VFF's catalog for next year and they are making some really cool ones for colder conditions and they look like you could be a super hero in them- crazy colors:) Nice run!!!!

I bought some Injinji's for my Vibrams so I could get out and run last night...NOT! That wasn't happening. I'm anxious for the wind to let up.

I briefly thought about it last night, but even I was not crazy enough to run outside!

Watched a great movie about the food industry and how unhealthy some foods are at the grocery store. http://lifeisntover.wordpress.com/2009/11/27/what-really-goes-in-your-body/

We have that movie sitting on your TV right now. Just waiting for the time to watch it.
