With my knee issues I try not to run two days in a row, but this head cold is still kicking my butt and I needed some fresh, chilly air. So another short run today. On a positive note, it hit me that tonight's time for a disappointing 3.3 mile training run was actually a full minute faster than my best 5k race just two years ago. Perspective.
