One of those days (weeks) that makes me wonder if it's worth it (don't worry, I know it is): After just a 3.3 mile run I'm sitting here with one ice wrap on my knee and another on my Achilles. On the plus side, with this head cold that is absolutely slamming me, it felt good to get some blood moving around and to breath the cold air...even if every joint seems to hurt. :)
