Reminds me of a time just after college, Dan Cossa and I were both (by chance) living in England and we met up for Dan to go to his first Marathon, a small event in some London suburb. We got lost on the way and ended up showing up too late. He was quite pissed off but after we went for a run to check out a bit of what he missed, he realized his legs felt like crap and that..., well, you know what I'm talking about!

Jim

I know exactly how you feel - I have also more traveling in the next 2 weeks - for me its 6 days in Italy for a conference with a shared room. I doubt I can even get enough sleep let alone find time to get any training done. Will pack my running shoes nevertheless ;o)
