Both achilles cramped up today before leaving the gym. Still managed to shuffle thru half of my scheduled run, but probably my least comfortable run ever. Heat and stretching here I come..

When you get in from your run and they are cramping like that ice them first before and let them totally cool down before you have a shower.
This really helps for me with my calf's and psoas.
