    went well had apple on the hoof between 8 and 9 just about made it to end quads starting to give out a bit with the last 2 downhill sections,

    Nice up here in the winter scenery, 4 miles on a closed rd with untouched snow which was fab

    Run went well for the first 12 after that it changed lots of climbs and some open mountain. There was a lot of ice about and a dusting of snow, lovely setting. The last climb finished off the legs.... read more
