    meh...after losing a friend and then yet another sick kiddo I have soon realized that I am going to downgrade my race to the half. Sad, but ok with it.

      Hang in there. It was a crap day on the crapmill, but one bad day, or even a few, will not spell disaster for your training. Chin up, don't get down on yourself, and tomorrow's a new day.

      GET UP AND GOOOOOOO! Forget the garmin and just run by time....I used to run by time, 10 mins=1 mile regardless of how slow or fast I was actually going. You need this.....just get out the door!

      My Garmin is on its very last legs and it is so frustrating, especially when you plan your workouts around it. I measure my runs with Runkeeper and forget the Garmin.

      We really need to run together. If you were meeting me, you would HAVE to get out the door. I was in your 'hood today as we ran the Power Trail and then by Kruse Elementary. I thought about you. I kept looking at runners, hoping to see one with a foxy short haircut. ;-)
