Somehow I pulled this time off and I'm still alive. I guess training actually works. Going to JH in a week so I get to run some trails in California sooo pumped!!!

.7ish warm up, 1 mile interval, half mile interval, another half mile while everybody else was doing hills, quarter mile interval, and we ended with a 1.65ish cool down. feeling good to be back!!!!
