    First time on the treadmill since I don't even know when, but it went really well. Watched the patriots beat the eagles on it......bad way to finish a run but at least I can run now!!

    .7ish warm up, 1 mile interval, half mile interval, another half mile while everybody else was doing hills, quarter mile interval, and we ended with a 1.65ish cool down. feeling good to be back!!!!
