My legs were already tired from my weight training session, so they were feeling really, really tired during the first part of this run. Halfway through (just as I started my 3rd run interval), I really settled into a groove and it started feeling really good again. I could have increased my run pace, but my goal is just to start out easy this week and see how things go. So far, so good!!!
Stuck with run 5/walk 2 for this run again.

Are you ready to drop to run/walk sessions? Because, if so...we'll have to head out in a week or so?

If my Saturday run (4 miles) goes well, then I'm hoping to increase my running time to 6 or 7 minutes (I know, I'm so crazy) and see how that goes. I'm really hoping that in less than a month I'll be running the entire distance again.
