      Trying to lose weight is always a challenge. But your doing great, keep it up. I'm 50 and have been trying to lose 20 pounds. I have lost 10 pounds in 9 weeks. I know my running time will get better the more I lose. I tend to run walk too.

      Walked Peachtree 10K with my wife in ATL on July 4th. My brother ran it in 59'56". That made me jealous. I want to run it next year, and would love to lose down to about 170 before then. My wife says that will be too skinny, but I am gonna go for it anyway. That is less than a lb per week.
