    45F & windy on AC Boardwalk. Shins are bothering me still, even with Galloway 5min run/1 min walk. First 10mi on the boardwalk, then finished it off on the treadmill.

    20min AMRAP = 14+3 rounds. That's 73 pullups, 140 pushups, & 210 squats. Graduated to red band pullups.
