    Longest workout I've done in a long time....I'm exhausted...and hungry! Burned over 1,200 calories before lunchtime!

    Just okay...did sweat but class was a bit confusing....Did the Biggest Loser challenge -- 500 steps in 12:07 minutes...it was tough, I'll be sore tomorrow

    Sweat like a pig...was a great workout. I was purple half way thru! Also ran almost twenty minutes on the treadmill.
