      No nothing serious, I'm just old and beat up and my creaking joints don't like the cold. My knee is about as good a weatherman as those hacks on tv.

    Met Anne and Phil out at the canal, ran 9 out there then came home and did another 45 min on the treadmill with some run walk intervals at a moderate incline.

      Oh after that I met some buddies and murdered Hi Ho Mongolian grill and then went grocery shopping I count all of that as cross training too.
