actually I missed kickoff and part of the first quarter, but I got a much needed run in. Took a 1 block walk break around 2.7... went well, I've got the oddest knee pain (hurts when I kneel or push in a certain spot, but doesn't hurt to run.) Guess I'll just keep running and see what happens :)
