    Father's day run in the rain. 10 and 1s today, took it easy. Feet felt tingly after 6k, I think I need new superfeet or a new way to lace my shoes. Gives a new meaning to twinkle toes..

    5k loop in Kanata. Took it slow with 5 and 1s. Legs felt like lead weights, tired from yesterday's bike ride. Extremely humid out!

    First time in shorts for the year, it was warm but very windy and a bit rainy. It was a tough run, a lot of stops along the way. Friday runs never work out for me! :-P
