I am delighted to have my kids go to school on bike. This is another change my family is doing this year. We are trying to increase our daily physical activities whenever possible.

I also just learned that my knee injury it is pretty much caused by the running shoes I was using. I will have to get the right ones pretty soon. I will switch back to my 8 year old pair of running shoes in the mean time.
