So freaking hot. Can it be fall yet? Or winter? Heat training is as beneficial as altitude training, I'm sure I read that somewhere...but I still don't like it! Anyway. Run was normal. One of my water bottles leaked so the last mile was a bit of a struggle but overall pace is fine. Half marathon Saturday!!
