    Did an old fashion Mike Spracklen ladder. Great for steady state and keeping track of your technique as you get in shape. 4-3-2-1-2-3-4, 16-18-20-22-20-18-16

    Another easy erg. Focused on technique and got some great visuals for explaining proper technique to others... all while getting a workout. Did some body-weights and abs after.

    Return trip was much more pleasant temp wise. 55 average. Could have ridden in just my knickers and short sleeve jersey and been fine, but had my jacket on. 12.1 ave. moving speed, 20 max.

      we should talk about my clothing rules for commuting. i biked to work for four years when i worked downtown. i had some very specific thresholds for what to wear and not based on the temperature and humidity and wind.

      Sounds like a plan. I've invested in some good cycling gear. Its just finding the right combination for the right temp.
