we should talk about my clothing rules for commuting. i biked to work for four years when i worked downtown. i had some very specific thresholds for what to wear and not based on the temperature and humidity and wind.

Sounds like a plan. I've invested in some good cycling gear. Its just finding the right combination for the right temp.
