  14. Pre marathon week
    What sort of training should i be doing, short and fast for fitness? when should have my last run to give myself time to be 100% for the day?

      I'm new to long distance, so I wish I had more advice than listen to your body, blah, blah :) For my half I took like 3 days off before the race and did a couple 3-4 milers at threshold pace in the days just before that. Anyway - good luck!
