Another super early morning outing. Stopped to watch peregrines riding the wind above Dancing Ledge. Seacombe Valley up again - is it me, or is this getting easier? Don't tempt fate Mr W! Good luck to the runner I met up with who's training for his first ultra; we shared a mile between Winspit and Seacombe.
