      Still a win, but if I'm racing and the course is flat, I want my splits to be fairly even. 44 seconds difference would tell me I went out TOO slow. Not that I ever do THAT. :-p But with the hills around here, 44 seconds might be just fine.

      Well, this was no race. I just did it to see if I could increase my speed while increasing mileage. Someone suggested neg splits for a half and I'm kind of uncertain what to do.
