      Not sure how I managed to miss so many of your workouts Jon but in doing so I missed five workouts including a terrific speed session and a very good tempo run. Nice wrap up to this 34 mile week with a strong long run at a sub 8:00 pace. Hope the flip flop in your work schedule goes smoothly.

      This is amazing Jon! I just ran my first 12 and it almost broke me. I was in a lot of pain, to the point of almost throwing in the towel. Thus, I am beyond impressed at this amazing pace! You are really incredible!
