Wow, I actually don't feel to crappy for once...it's been tough these last couple weeks but when you have a good run it sure feels awesome. Overall 5 minutes of warmup a 26 minute run and 5 minutes of cool down = 36min's of good stuff....

Increase warm-up and cool down time... especially that cool down! You're young and you may not feel it now... but trust me, your body will love you more for it later!
