Longest so far... :-)

I am putting good on how I feel more because I'm happy that I worked hard and finished the longest run I've done so far with the last 1.5 miles mostly uphill. I'm finding these hill challenging yet annoying when I'm trying to keep pace. All in all a solid run despite not feeling super energetic this morning.


Congrats on your longest run. That's an awesome pace--even faster than my 5k!
