    Did my run on the treadmill. Had a good pace, felt good, knees were ok Ran without walking so this was good. Followed it by my weight routine for another 25 minutes and then stretch and core.

      Just general for now. I may up it to a 10 miler and do the distillery run but I have to see. I've always wanted to do the 10 miler. Half a marathon is a little too much at my advanced age although if I find a running group than you never know. It is training on your own that is the most difficult especially the longer distances.
