    1 mile, barefoot, hot texas asphalt = stupid. That's the last time I do that for a while. I'm fairly certain that blister on my right foot is a burn rather than terrain.

      Right on! Just remember, don't push how much you do at first. Those things will make you feel invincible, but chances are you're not. I wasn't! :)

    Tried to run Alexandria, VA with Laron, but his knee gave way after 340 ft. Bummer, I hit the dreadmill for a mile.
