      Solid work Joanna! How is the crossfit working out for you? I've been thinking of doing this but I already feel over-scheduled. Hopefully in the near future.

      Crossfit is amazing, it will honestly change everything you know about fitness. It certainly did that for me. There are ALOT of runners at my crossfit and it makes them better, at least that is what I have been told. It has certainly improved my all around physical stamina. When you get the chance go for it!
